How long does installation take?
Most flat roofs (garages, extensions, dormers) are completed in 1–2 days, depending on size and any deck repairs. We remove old materials and leave the area tidy.
Do you overlay EPDM, or strip back and re-deck?
We usually strip back to assess the deck and install new boards where needed for the best result. In some cases a sound deck can be overlaid, but we’ll advise after a survey. We can also upgrade to a warm roof for better insulation.
What about falls, drainage and rooflights?
We set correct falls for drainage, fit outlets/edge trims and can integrate rooflights or parapet details neatly. Everything is finished with a clean, watertight detail.
